The game interface is terrible and is so unplayably buggy. The concept of time travel is poorly executed.

Games against the AI are unplayable as it will take 10+ minutes per turn if the board goes beyond a couple of dimensions. If you try to keep playing it will quickly take over an hour / turn. Out of curiosity I let it run overnight and killed the game after waiting over 24 hours for it move (because you can't save a game in progress).

Trying playing multiplayer with a friend, the game froze twice as we approached complex board states and attacks while it 'looked for checkmate'. Again we both let it run for 10 minutes before restarting.

Onto the concept of 'Time Travel'. It does not let you alter the timeline. If you travel into a past dimension, it simply creates a new board (dimension). The old time line is still there, unalterable. Most of the strategy revolves around creating an open line to a king in a past dimension and then checking it by an untakable piece in the present. Why can the checkmating piece in present capture a king in the past and thereby altering that timeline when no other piece can?

The UI is clunky and not well polished. It is difficult to view moves for different pieces across dimensions. There is little to no in-game help.
