I was on the fence with this game. Some aspects of it I liked, such as the bleakness of the game world and the whole thing with being on the road in an apocalyptic world. I just felt that there wasn't enough 'being on the road' and experiencing things, but soon we were stuck in underground tunnels or corridors way too much.

It's clunky, but I understand it's done by one guy, so for that I give it props for. That bit with the statues just really sucked, though, and didn't fit into the overall feel of the game.

For ultimate adventure / walking sim fans, it's still worth a try for the cheap price.

Like all these kinds of games, it takes a while to get started, but once you are able to purchase more powerful weapons, it becomes really fun to play. It's got pretty enough graphics and a nice soundtrack. I only played it through once, but I had a lot of fun in the process.

Also those pop culture references, yeah!

A real retro treat for friends of old arcade games. It's got an awesome soundtrack and beautiful graphics, but I gave up playing it at one of the arcade games (the one with a ninja) because I am not a platformer fan in general and I grew way too frustrated with trying to do the "jump at the right time" thing.

I would still recommend it, just to experience the retro mood, but if you're not into arcade games, this is obviously not a game for you.

Not knowing much about these events, one could say that it was a learning experience, but it's also very difficult to understand everything without going to read about more online. It's not a negative thing entirely, but also it is difficult to connect with events and characters that remain distant in such a way.

The things including the camera were interesting, and the voice acting was nice. What really took me out of the game was the NPC's that had been cloned over and over again, making the exact same movements in the crowd. I get it's a crowd, but also... why.

A decent adventure game with an imporant story to introduce, but not something I will go back to to get any extra achievements.

Sometimes you are a cube. Sometimes you are a ball. The music is nice but in general, these kinds of games are just not for me because I suck at them.

If you're into platformers and rhythm games, this is the thing for you.

A definite improvement to 911 Operator in multiple ways, it's a fun simulation with lots to do. The scenarios and calls are interesting in the story mode, and you can pick any city you want (even your own if you live in a city). Once you get hang of how things work, the challenge comes from managing your resources. The voice acting is nice, though the background noise does become repetitive after a while. (So many people attacked by stingray, I guess.)

The repetitive nature of the game is what eventually just made me uninstall it. There's not that much to do after you get through the story and the smaller scenarios weren't just that compelling to me.

If you want to play an emergency service simulator, definitely choose this over 911 Operator, though. This is a lot more polished than the previous game, like being able to observe what is happening on every emergency scene more clearly.

This style of graphics might not be for everyone, but I liked how different it was and it did create for moods both beautiful as well as sad and horrific. With the talent of Elijah Wood and Sebastian Koch as the voices of the two main characters, it takes you back in time and shows both sides of the war.

Gameplay-wise it was a little bit clunky at times. There are plenty of secrets to find but they are not all that compelling to discover unless you are a completion freak. You get to play as a cat sometimes, which is more fun than playing as a human, obviously.

Decent game for those who enjoy a good story or who are into adventure games.

The graphics, the music, the lore are all awesome. The fights are definitely more challenging than in the previous game and getting used to it takes a bit of time to adjust. You'll find yourself running out of ammo pretty fast unless you learn how to manage your resources.

What I absolutely hate about this new DOOM is that they made Doomguy the hellish version of Super Mario. I don't like the platforming bits and they are more frustrating than anything. I hope that if a third DOOM comes along, they'll do away with the platforming stuff.

Awesome, atmospheric game that keeps getting better and more detailed with each update. The best survival simulator out right now. It's not overly complicated with the crafting, but provides you with enough challenge to keep coming back.
