Artificial Intelligence Police Department (AIPD) is quite simply put an absolute riot, sporting a plethora of game mode choices, bright radiating neon colours and great sound design (especially fond of the gun sounds).

Simply put Blazing Badger takes a lot of ideas on how to make a twin stick shooter seem less vanilla and adds their own flavour, personality and character to the game.

The options menu also doesn't disappoint having a great range of options available including great quality of life improvements like full key rebinding and left handed mode options available.

Overall this game has me hooked and has me coming back for more since I started playing it and with an interesting rogue like touch to the game through game modifiers and simple progression system which will add a lot of re-playability!

Highly Recommended!

I would consider Spectra to be a fun, simplistic game with a futuristic aesthetic. During my time with the title, I found the game to be fun and compelling to want to do better but feel the game is not making full use of it's potential by not including a multiplayer component like a versus mode which I feel would work excellently with this title.

Overall while I do recommend the title, I do so cautiously due to the lack of diversification in the levels and amount of them (10). However the main attraction in this title is the stellar soundtrack which was upbeat throughout. I will say pick this up but at discounted price as I feel £5.99 is a little steep for the amount of content currently available.

This game has a great core concept, unfortunately this game is plagued with a number of issues which ultimately make this a lack luster experience.

Things To improve/change:

- The game has power-up collectibles that have an irrating sound effect remenincent of mumoring which gets old fast seeing as your likely to collect easily over a 100 of them in a 10 minute match. (The effect needs changing to be more subtle or removed completely)

- The game also comes across as badly optimised seeing as attaining an acceptable frame seems unlikely even after editing the options to lower features that might affect this like shadow effects and anti-aliasing.

- The game also prevents party chat from steam and while steam says it's being "used in-game" I couldn't get it to work.

Consumer Sidenotes:

- Also this game doesn't have a resolution lower than 1440 X 900 for those of you who may not have a compatible screen size.

- This game also seems to lack a playerbase currently so if you still plan on buying this title be aware finding a match maybe difficult unless you have friends who have this game.

Overall this feels like an early access rather than a full release which needs to resolve these issues to allow for a more enjoyable experience.

A online/offline multiplayer aerial dogfight simulator set in a cosmic other world atmosphere.

Sporting a bright, bombastic colour pallet which really gives the game a boost in both overall character and general a more appealing aesthetic compared to many space related titles.

The sound design is completely on point allowing for the gameplay to feel responsive, tight and just overall making the player feel like an overall badass when an enemy ship is shot to smithereens.

The music however which it suits the overall feel of the game and really aids and adds to the party atmosphere created by the game does feel a bit repetitive due to a lack of tracks.

In conclusion while this game feels a little on the empty side due to the early access model the game has decided to undertake, the core gameplay alongside everything else the game offers is a Fun experience which needs to be played to fully understand the appeal.

Tic-Toc-Tower is a simple concept which is executed well and has the addictive pick up and play gameplay due to the mechanically imposed timer set at 10 seconds to complete the level.

The game however lacks progression to promote play but intends to add a "shop" feature which may address this and a lack of online functionality detracts from the competitive experience that the game could have, however couch co-op is available and a leaderboard system is in place.

Overall is a solid recommend for people who enjoy the platforming genre with level design which surprised me on the Hardcore setting and what seemed to be a singular music track which is fine due to the length of a game likely lasting a few minutes or less in most cases.

Cross of the Dutchman is an action adventure game based on the true story of the folk legend 'Pier Gerlofs Donia'.

While the game doesn't have very complicated or interesting combat (Only a normal hit and a special attack without any dodge/block mechanics integrated into the combat).

The game did strike me as having an appealing aesthetic and the questing was fun to do even if some of the logic behind doing tasks seemed flawed.

Overall I enjoyed my time with the title and would recommend it as long as you're ok with a dumbed down combat experience.
