There is a reason why Civ 5 with the expansion is one of the most played games on Steam. If you like the genre it is easily one of the best in its class.

Best turn-based classic fantasy RPG of at least the last 10 years. Couch or online (with headset) dynamic co-op is where this game excels.

Pros:
-Couch co-op
-Game is 100+ long
-Great character custimization throughout game
-Large flexibility in combat approach (tactician mode is rewarding and makes you think)
-All objects are interactable (pen and paper style)
-Great voice acting and production
-Good interface and graphics


♥♥♥♥:
-Weak story (props to whoever did Johan's story though!)
-Some repetitive combat mechanics after mid-game
-Tutorial doesn't explain how to get new skills (you get them from books your find/purchase)

If you have a friend to play with BUY IT NOW.

If you don't, wait until it's discounted.

It's a GREAT space 4x game.

I'm hoping they soon work on the following to improve the experience:
-Lag during combat in moderate to large battles
-In game voice chat
-Map modes to easily see different alliances on the galaxy map
