Broken port.

For an entire year, the game would run at half the speed that it was suposed to due to a windows 10 update. Last month or so there was an update that more or less fixed it, but the MENUS and certain actions are still moving at 42fps (They are suposed to run at 60)

Just get the old 2013 version, it has the midis, but those can be modded, this one just feels like an unplayable mess.
