You can buy this game without any suspect. It sometimes may can be frustrating due to toxic players but you encounter with them really rarely. Whereas, I've never seen that much helpful and qualified community in a game.

In addition, as I see, there are many people who hesitate to buy it because they think it as a horror game but indeed it's not. After a short time you'll get used to.
