I am a firm believer that a game's price isn't tied to play time, and even short games can be expensive if they're quality enough to be worth their price. However, Papetura goes way too far and is very overpriced. The game looks unique and beautiful, has excellent soundtrack by Floex, and overall, the time you spend with it is pretty good. Asking 10€ for it is however not acceptable. You can finish the game in about 90 minutes, and despite all of its qualities, I really wouldn't recommend you pay more than 5€ for it. Buy it only if it's on sale.

...if you can get it cheap. Otherwise, like a 3/10.

Shady Part of Me is a short game with many cool ideas. It features nice puzzle design, unique look, and a surprisingly good soundtrack. The story is interesting and mysterious, and having finished the game, I'm still not quite sure what it was about (in a good way). I'd recommend it for anyone who likes puzzle games.

The episodic story mode for The Long Dark isn't quite as good as survival mode - that's where the game shines brightest. Do not let that stop you from giving it a shot, though. Not only that it works like an awesome tutorial and introduction to the game, but the story is very much worth your time, despite the fact that its survival gameplay is rather lacking in comparison to survival mode. It has awesome voice acting, music, and has many hours of story gameplay that uncover secrets behind The Quiet Apocalypse, introduce you to many interesting characters, and show you many locations around the Great Bear island. If you don't mind games with lots of walking, chances are you'll love this story.

Although the gameplay is somewhat shallow, the writing and audiovisual presentation of Minute of Islands deliver a beautiful short story set in a very unique and interesting world. I had a great time playing this game.

An awesome continuation of the first game. Much better pacing, awesome environmental storytelling, thrilling and terrifying atmosphere. I loved this game.

The expectations for this game have been enormous, and yet it somehow managed to be even better than expected. Great funny writing and voice acting with a great cast, amazing level design, good platforming and controls. Every level is unique and incredibly interesting, the entire game is an accumulation of great ideas that will keep you interested and entertained throughout the whole story. The only thing somewhat lacking is the combat, but it is only a minor complaint.
9/10
...but a 10/10 in my heart.

Despite the first game's absolute brilliance, Will of the Wisps manages to improve upon it in nearly every single way. Much bigger, a lot more complex and interesting story, gorgeous graphics, fluid and interesting movement, and a lot of really cool abilities to use. Unlike the first game, WotW features bossfights, which are fantastic and are a big part of the game's great pacing. Ori and the Will of the Wisps is a masterpiece that no fans of the metroidvania genre should miss.

A really fun game to play with your friends, though absolutely unplayable on public lobbies. Really cool concept that's well executed, and hopefully will receive a lot of additional content in the future.

Apart from a few outdated and frustrating parts, Psychonauts is a fantastic experience. Decent gameplay, very interesting story with likeable characters, and hilarious dialogue. Not a game everyone will enjoy, but a game a lot of people really will.

In a world of huge metroidvanias like Hollow Knight, Ori and the Blind Forest feels like a breath of fresh air. The world of Ori is much smaller compared to other games from this genre, but it's not an issue in the slightest. It's beautiful, and because of its size, you'll receive new abilities very frequently, which keeps the game fresh. Abilities are extremely useful and fun to use, and apart from a few, the game will allow you to use them to their full potential. The story is simple and magical, and I absolutely loved it. Oh, did I mention that the game looks absolutely gorgeous?
