Casual used to be decent if you wanted to hop into any random game without going through the server browser first (albeit still inferior to Quickplay), but now you're almost certain to waste time trying to queue for a game without bots. Enough has been said by other people in the community and I can't add much onto that - at the very least, it would be nice to get closure if Valve continues not to act on the bot crisis (by at least acknowledging that they no longer officially support the game, or rather anything that isn't complete radio silence)

This mod has the best level designs out of all the other big Portal 2 mods out there - every map looked gorgeous and had a ton of fine details that told the stories of the people who worked in Aperture. Lots of cool new environment designs too, such as the prototype chambers.

Lots of people call this mod Portal 3, and while I think it's silly when people do that, in my opinion this mod comes closest to bearing the title because of the level designs and the puzzles. The puzzles aren't as difficult as the ones in Portal Stories: Mel and Portal Reloaded, but they do require some thinking without becoming frustrating. My only grievance with the puzzles is that it felt like you backtrack through puzzle steps a lot, but that's time that I can spend absorbing the environments.

Unfortunately I think the mod falls flat in the story department - it starts out strong and appears to build to something interesting before coming to an abrupt halt. Despite that, the boss battle is still fun and easily my favourite among both Portal games and all mods, and it's difficult to complain about the ending considering the multiple hours of high quality preceding it (for free!!!!!)

Totally worth the price, considering the number of hours you can lose to this game. The gameplay is brilliant, but it's definitely enhanced by the amazing sound design. There's a certain oomph to everything: Explosions are satisfying, the flopping of the fishes and the ribbiting of the frogs are delightful, and finishing a level feels conclusive & rewarding with the portal sounds. The ambient music is great too, it feels completely alien and wraps itself snugly around the game's delightfully uncomfortable atmosphere.
