This game is more of a kinetic VN than one where you have choices that will divert you from one character or another.

That said, the art is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gorgeous. The story is pretty good and self-aware. The characters are fairly fleshed out with their own personalities and quirks. The voice acting is great, sprinkled throughout parts of the game without going overboard.

Definitely recommend it for the price. You're really not going to regret doing so.

TLDR; I think the game is worth it for the gameplay and the content that's out there. I would say that the caveat is that you have to have an inclination towards fringe kinks like tentacles, monsters, and futa.

This game isn't meant to be simulation / studio game. It's a linear game with sandbox elements and well developed mini games. If you're looking for simulation games, there are plenty of those out there for you.
END TLDR
After playing the game for another 15+ hours, I wanted to update my review to reflect the growth that the game has seen over the many many months since it's launch. The story is solid. The voice acting is phenomenal. The story is still cohesive and compelling even for a porn game. The character designs are cute and their personalities unique and endearing.

When I first went into the game, I went in thinking that the game would be more simulator / trainer facing. As I've spent more time in the game and delving into the story and mini-games, I believe I've gleaned what their intent is and I'm enjoying it.

I've always been a fan of the studio since I encountered them many many years ago and I think if you like their character designs, you should give the game a go. I don't think it'll let you down if you understand that they were never trying to make a simulator game but a linear story and character driven game with porn elements.

I would say that those who aren't interested in more fringe kinks like, tentacles, monsters, or futa, then maybe you should steer away. But maybe you should give it a try and see if it floats your boat.

TLDR: If you're not a fan of the studio or have an interest in the potential future of the game (or their studio); I'd wait for the final product.

The story so far is pretty interesting and I've thoroughly enjoyed the dialogue and banter between the characters thus far. The voice acting is phenomenal. The scenery, maps, menu screens, and of course, character design are gorgeous. These characters have sex appeal and the personalities to fit their character designs.

Game-play: the space combat is actually fairly fun, difficult, and feels rewarding despite the environments being fairly repetitive beyond the space background fitting the system you're in. The grid combat while fun is super generic but considering the genre [erotic games], still one of the more impressive ones I've played. We'll hopefully see some polish from this in the months to come. 7/10, carried mostly by the space combat itself.

Sex scenes: I'll stress this before I tear it down. I love their art style. These characters are beautiful and have differences despite being busty hour glass figure types. I've been a fan of their studio for a longgggg time. However, the scenes here, while beautifully designed are fairly short animated loops. I've honestly seen better from solo patreon artists. Which isn't what I expected from StudioFOW, who inspired many of us to pursue 3D animation and the erotic industry in general.

The game has a lot of potential, I sincerely hope that they'll actually improve upon the sexperience and that the erotic scenes get better as they release more content.

Played several hours so far with some mates and it's been a blast. Game definitely has some improving to do but given the size of the dev team (1 guy?), I'm definitely impressed. I'm excited to see where this game can improve upon and I highly recommend you pick it up since it's a very reasonable price considering the antics you can get into with friends or randos from the internet.

Update: After about 60 hours, I can definitively say that you should BUY this game. The community has been great so far. Watching newbies play is hilariously fun and playing with friends is unbelievable. Combine that with the added benefit that you can mess with your newer friends who jump into the game; WIN / WIN. :D

Great game so far. The game offers a wide variety of challenges and avenues in which to explore. Despite it being in early access, the game provides a solid experience and the 31+ hours I've played it, I've been hooked. Whether I'm close to reaching the extent of what the game has to offer, I haven't a clue as I've been content in mining a system, waging war against pirates and factions.

That said, there are certain aspects you can tell aren't fully fleshed because it's an alpha. Such as missing item pieces for crew slots that might help against aliens or bandits.

Overall, I'd recommend the game as they have a solid foundation built for the community to play and you can see where they're likely going to expand upon and I hope they listen to the player base and content creators as I could see this rivaling some of their peers in the genre.
