I really appreciate the ability to be as hands on or hands off with the whole process as you'd like to be. Really fun game! Could be one of those games that receives one or two updates that turn it from a versatile drug sim into a full on GTA competitor.

If you're looking for a Scooter building simulator game, this game has tons of parts and brands to choose from in a fantastic scooter builder. You can quite literally build the scooter of your dreams in this game!

However, the moment you bring this scooter into the game to ride, you are met with confusing controls, goofy animations, and inability to change stance (sorry regular riders, i am goofy but i used to play Skate in regular so i feel you) In it's current state, i'd have to just recommend SCOOT over Scooterflow. SCOOT has much better controls, a player customizer, stance changing, more tricks, multiplayer, a larger map selection to choose from, and more frequent updates. I really hope this game can revisit some of it's really needy areas, I hope one day we have TWO fantastic scooter games to choose from!

I really like this game, some great features right away are that the game saves often, so you can virtually stop playing at any point and just pick back up (sounds silly but this really becomes helpful when you're on a godlike run and need to eat a meal). The upgrades are fun and add new ways to move around the dungeon which I greatly enjoy, some people think you should have the movement necessary to kill the final boss in your first run but I guess I disagree, I enjoy Binding of Isaac quite a bit but this game has replay-ability that is so fun and addicting. Each run can be much different than the last and building the skill tree is a rewarding process. You will start out terrible and unable to dodge most enemy attacks, but learn lots about how enemies move and attack. You'll find yourself moving in really fun and creative ways to attack/dodge enemies. Great steam deck game if that is what you're looking for, performs fantastic on most systems, and apparently the NG+ goes pretty far so definitely try this one out!

Played a bunch before it was on steam, great game. Definitely worth a shot now that its FTP. The bad reviews are really strange to me on this one especially because the game has only gotten so much better since launch.

Will be many people's favorite game of all time for a long time. Stardew has forged itself into the hall of fame of all-time games. Absolutely worth a play through!

Okay, so after i'm sure an overwhelming response from the community, lots has happened with this game in the past three days since I reviewed. Some of the bigger 'flaws' or 'gripes' people have pointed out have either been fixed, adjusted, or mentioned. I have changed my review to positive, however I consider myself to be a lucky person that can just decide to drop $40 on an action sports game that isn't all ready. There are already some decent mods for this game that can help make the experience much better/more enjoyable for you, but be ready to have to learn some very basic modding. Not all people want to actually 'do' the modding stuff even when it's really easy so I think it's something that must be mentioned, especially here with a pricier game. I think you have to give this game a fair shot, the map is really quite good. The challenges are really hit or miss, if you find yourself struggling with a challenge or wanting to throw your controller, don't waste your time just explore more of the map.

TLDR: Only buy this game if you have the money and are really interested in this whole atmosphere of game.
If you have the patience to do a small amount of modding, you'll have even more fun.

I cannot lie, right now this game is just straight up not as fun as pipe. It's beautiful, has a fantastic bike editor, huge map with tons to explore, a replay editor, and challenges, but as soon as you start riding the bike, everything goes to waste. It could be fixed it time, but currently it's just not fun to play, its more frustrating if anything! Blasting a smooth 360 is impossible, because spinning in air is totally busted. Its either all or nothing, as soon as you stop spinning with the stick the player stops spinning, and if you wanted a little more spin, a small input hardly spins the player. So you're either not spinning or you're doing a 720 on big jumps, which sucks because sometimes you just want to blast a floated 3. Trick inputs feel incredible sluggish and missed, it feels like i'm using the controller that's not plugged in while someone else is playing. Save yourself some money and buy Pipe and mod the hell out of it if you're looking for a BMX game and you're on a budget. This game needs more time in the oven.

P.S. Refunded and bought again because the price changed.

I could rant on and on about how good this game is, but I will try to keep this short. 7 Days proudly defies genres, for most of the week you're playing a zombie survival crafting looting base-building game, then one dreadful night per week you'll have hordes and hordes of zombies sent your way. Not sure about this one feature? There's a mod for that. Not sure about this other feature? There's a config for that. If you like scavenging, looting, crafting, questing, base-building, shooting, farming, stats, weapon mods, traps, or mining, you've got to give this one a shot.

Valheim's most enjoyable moments are chopping trees, building and fortifying a base and home, fighting enemies, and exploring. These are the activities that occupy most of your time in Valheim, and rightfully so. Causing a domino-effect of tree collisions will leave a smile on your face so wide you'll try to think of the last time you enjoyed something as simple as woodcutting. Using a rock or tree as a stable object to build your first structure opens your mind to the countless possibilities the hammer has to offer. Hitting the perfect parry on an enemy that has caused your death will have you bloodthirsty. The world is huge and open, yet you're never alone. Craft and upgrade your weapons and armor, set sail and find somewhere new. When you feel like you've exhausted what Iron Gate has to offer, modding is pretty much dragging and dropping files and there are so many to choose from.

Valheim's core mechanics and game-play have me itching to play constantly. This game rose to the top of my most played on steam quickly, and it surpassed hours on games I had played as a kid that I figured I had played for an eternity, games that I really really loved. It passed Gmod, it passed Terraria, it passed Skyrim. I couldn't get enough of those games when I was playing them.

Now here is Valheim, at the top of my most played. So deserving of the spot. I love this game. It can be unforgiving, brutal, and cruel. It can also be peaceful, engaging, and so addicting. You'll whistle the music, spend tons of time perfecting that one building piece, and find yourself cozy at home in your base when there is finally a roof above your head.

TLDR; If you like good simple combat, collectibles, build-a-house, and exploring, you'll have a blast.
