It is an OK at best fighting game, with a stupid amount of bugs and interactions that don't make any sense. As a Tekken game, it is bad in its current state. Unfortunately, Bamco have abandoned their fans for this one. Play T7 if you want the true Tekken experience, this here is a button mashing fest.

EDIT: The devs have done quite a good job balancing things to reward defensive gameplay. With how good side stepping is, this game feels like a quality 3D game again. However, beware that lots of content (Characters, stages and customization) is hidden behind a paywall that the publisher is enforcing.

With the that being said, the game is fun to play again but I cannot recommend buying it unless doing so while it is on sale.
