1. Set the oven to 175 degrees hot air. If not using hot air, increase to 200 degrees.

2. Grease and dust a 20 cm mold with a removable rim with a little cocoa.

3. Melt butter and let it cool slightly.

4. Mix all the ingredients together and stir the thick batter evenly.

5. Pour the cookie dough into the mold.

6. Bake your sticky cake in the lower part of the oven for about 20-25 minutes. If you gently shake the mold, the center of the cake should still be a little loose.

7. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours or overnight. That's when it settles and becomes so wonderfully sticky!
