I bought the game yesterday evening and look at my playtime already. I'd say the game is decent and ok and not the worst and not too boring and like playing it is bare-able and it's fine yea i think you can buy it but like don;'t have likgajhga;' :3

game is boring as all hell
play Burnout Paradise or Forza Horizon instead (honestly I even had more fun playing Asphalt 8/9)

Lacks polish and is poorly optimised.

Lacks difficulty options, latency adjustments and timing feedback (how off are you). The default timings are too tight for me, if they were even a little more relaxed this would be a seriously great game.

This used to be one of my favourite games to just relax to, turn my brain off or maybe think about life. It was simple, but interesting enough, that it let me think about what I wanted without getting distracted. Unfortunately, the game became absolutely useless after the recent shutdown of official servers. I feel cheated, though I did get my money's worth.

Exceeded all expectations

- many graphical bugs (v1.04, AMD, Linux - feels unfinished, but doesn't make the game unenjoyable}
- way more new content than anticipated, the game feels finished now content-wise and bring more cool ideas to the table than I would've ever imagined

I couldn't possibly even hope to express how much I love this game in a "measly Steam review", so let me just tell you this:


If any of the trailers on this Steam page seem even a little intriguing to you, chances are you'll love it if you give it a chance. It's not a game that gets good after playing the initial 20 hours long tutorial, there's no such thing here and it's not just another filler RPG Maker game either. If you're at all interested, I promise it'll be worth your time.

I'm dyslexic myself, so I'll keep the rest to the point and spoiler free

Playing Omori made me genuinely laugh at times, jump out of fear, cry and feel sorry for its characters. The game and its story made me think about what was happening around me and even when I felt sure that I knew what was going to happen next, the game would always prove me wrong.

The game has a beautiful soundtrack, gorgeous art style, fun and genuinely interesting dialogue that'll keep you wanting more (I'm dyslexic and hate reading btw, so that says a lot), and unique gameplay mechanics, that always keep you engaged throughout the whole experience.

(btw, I already have nearly 40 hours played as of writing this review and there's still content in this game, that I haven't explored yet)
(also I bought the soundtrack on Bandcamp immediately after finishing the game's main route)

Campaign
was good fun for Linux :)
