could be a little bit biased since i am a backer.

I could talk about this game/demo all day, but ill try to keep it short.

tldr: fantastic art direction, music and gameplay. (with some minor isssues)

Early on the movement, controls and level design felt really off, but as i played on i really started loving it. This is not a mario 64 or sunshine or whatever, you cannot go into to this game expecting platforming with low gravity and forgiving level design. (not that thats a bad thing)

The movement in this game needs the player to understand it well, the level design is heavily built around this, a lot of precise jumps with hard but fair punishments. A lot of stuff that would be simple in other platformers is a little more complicated here, but once i got a grip on the movement and controls it became one of the best and most unique platformers ive ever played. And its just a demo!

The only things holding it back right now is that the game doesnt teach the player its movement well enough early on leading to alot of avoidable frustration later, and the level design can be a bit obtuse and a bit too punishing at times. (things i have have full faith will be tweaked in the full game)
