The story is very good and very tragic. You will be made to think and make decisions that make you question your own morals. It has fun combat and other things to kill time with like fishing and farming. The fishing mechanic in Replicant is actually one of the best I've experienced in an rpg. The story will reel you in, and I really think everyone should give it a shot before Automata.
NieR: Replicant is an amazing prequel. I would even argue that story wise it is more tragic than NieR: Automata. This remaster fixes the combat from Gesalt, and the new models look amazing. I think if you dabbled with the Drakenier franchise or want to get into it play Replicant.

Its one of the best newer management sims, with interesting dialogue, BEARS, and an appealing art style. This is a MUST for any bear enthusiast.

Fun for a free game. Pretty stressful but great bonding time for friends!

The community is a mix of good and bad. The game itself is usually full of bugs and never works properly. The developers fix bugs fairly fast but usually break more things in the process. Updates fairly often, usually a lot of new stuff to enjoy like character cosmetics or buffs/nerfs. New survivors/killers added every season so nothing ever gets too old. Overall it is a very fun and addicting game; especially with friends.
