AH devs should have considered the PSN supported regions, compare to that of Steam, before launching it globally on Steam, but at the same time asking player to link with PSN account (which currently support for only 69 countries).

I noticed the requirement of third-party account from day 1, but instead of not allowing me to buy the game on Steam at the beginning because my Steam region does not on the list of PSN supported, AH and Sony still sell it globally on Steam, and let Steam users to play it for 3 months with the OPTIONAL linking account ( exceed the time limit for refund) then now REQUIRE link account or cannot play anymore, and cannot refund either. WTF Sony
