This game is merciless. One poor decision will send your entire empire plummeting into chaos and anarchy. I came here from Civilization expecting to be on my way conquering the world within a week or two. It's not like that at all! Expect to spend most of your time just rolling with the punches, especially since you can't reload on Ironman mode (which is required in order to unlock achievements).
