I feel like I am bursting a bubble here, but the game is not such a sunshine as everyone seems to say here. I believe the nostalgia plays a part in this.

You can literally play the whole game without using those god powers and mythical units, and those units are so expensive that I did not really bother with them. You will not have more than 10, unless you have an extra town center and almost no other normal units.

Not to mention that if you want all these achievements, prepare to grind your life away. At some point the game becomes repetitive.
After 10 or so episodes of the Fall of the Trident campaign, I got bored. And after the 3 campaigns there is nothing else to do, the scenarios are more like demos and you can only rely on multiplayer, which gets boring at some point to.

The music is nice, but if I have to hear one more time "Prostagma" I will get a headache.

There is no other way to describe it besides: I LOVE IT!

For all new players, just enjoy the game and your augmentations, feel the story and get a combat rifle.

Those who gave negative reviews need to have their retinal prosthesis checked.

I believe that the Grim Legends series make a perfect setting for HOG.

I do not even understand why the spirit wanted to marry the twin.

It felt really great to eat pizza while playing this. It was a bonding experience.

The backgrounds and puzzles are really beautiful and nice, but I did not really enjoyed the story.

I am still in awe that this game is free.

All memorable RPGs have something in common - they make you yearning for more and it enriches your life.

For me this game left me thinking about things that I never even bothered with - like:

- How does lilac and gooseberries perfume smell like?
- How come in my entire life I have not heard about Tyromancy till playing this?

As beautiful as this game is, I still have some complaints that I cannot get over it: Adda and Anais are non-existent and Radovid became very out of character if you played the first two games. I mean Radovid was my favorite in Witcher 1. After I spent so much time hooking up Radovid and Adda, nothing came out of it. Disappointing really.
Oh and after helping Iorveth and Saskia with everything in Witcher 2, Scoia'taels are barely mentioned. At least the ones who sided with the Blue Strips got the horrible tattoo. The others nothing. Non-humans are still treated like dirt, with no way to go. I did not feel that the choices I made in the previous game made any impact. I only got a reminder that I played the previous games when I met Letho, and oh boy I regretted letting him alive.
