So,

I received it as a gift from a friend today, i was planning to buy it anyways but it was a nice gesture, that being said i'll jump into the review.

I played 7 hours straight, only one 5-10 minutes bathroom break.
In those 7 hours i had the following experience.
I had great fun playing with my friends.
It has a grind element but it's implemented really great unlike other games, you feel like you grind but it's not so bad that you can't enjoy the game anymore.
It has FPS elements, RPG elements and Crafting (love the crafting).
The only slightly big issue i had is that from time to time you feel some lag, it would be nice to have a lan option for those who can use it but it's not a must have.

Overall rating from me 8.9/10
If they mend the connectivity issue even a little i'm inclined to give it a 9 or 9.5 out of 10

Don't waste your money unless you want to play solo, for the solo review jump over the rant.

So, me and my friends tried to play yesterday again, and we encountered the same problem as last time.

Run game, get a convoy going, one DC, one minute later second DC.
Get another convoy going, i DC, second DC.
Get yet another convoy running, leader gets to start a race going, play one race.
Starts another race, i DC, WE GAVE UP.
And this is just yesterday experience 27 march 2024.
But every single time i tried to play this game with friends we had issues.

Running the game on PC, with wired connection.
11th gen CPU
32G Ram
RTX 30 series card
I played a multitude of games on this pc, and had no issues.
This game is BAD (F&%$ED)

Solo experience

Quite decent,
Great cars
NO NOS (sick and tiered of NOS)
Great scenery
The way you can customise cars performance wise is amazing.
especially the fact that you can change the drivetrain.
But this is after just 4 hours of gameplay (1 and half hours spent playing with friends probably) so i haven't seen the bad yet.
Map seems small though.

No ML, no BAL, no personal local CUP.
Konami just let us all down.

Good game to relax.
Too bad there's no new content since 2021.
