Fun game to play through, only problem I had was the music cutting out during certain sound effects being played.

An okay game, the levels weren't very difficult and you will probably never play it more than once. If you need a relaxing casual game, go for it. $4.00 is a bit steep for the lack of content, get it on sale

I gave this game a second chance after leaving a bad review about a year ago. I thought maybe I did something wrong during my first play through but this is still not a fun game.

The first problems started before I even launched the game, you have to download the unofficial patch just to get the game to launch on modern systems.

The game runs smoothly as you'd expect from the Source Engine. It has a fitting atmosphere to it with some unique characters and dialogue options that allows you to do what you want for the most part. This seems to be the selling point of the game; it fits the RPG genre well.

The combat is not enjoyable. Spellcaster and ranged builds seem very underpowered while melee is the opposite. Blood runs out very fast leaving spellcasters vulnerable and the only viable guns I've seen are shotguns. The melee seems to be the most effective, allowing you to take out almost all enemies with a few swings. If you want to buy this game for any sort of combat or action, look elsewhere.

Sneaking is broken. You can sneak right in front of enemies in bright rooms and they won't be able to find you. This was with a non stealth character. It really breaks any sort of immersion since a decent amount of missions involve stealth.

The worst part of this game is doors. Doors will get you killed, stuck, or leave you sitting at a black screen just by touching them as they open or close. Many times through my last playthrough I've had to noclip out of doors or reload.

I would not be so critical of this game if it was priced fairly. The game is almost 12 years old and costs $20 while being buggy and just not that great overall. The game is overrated.

I did not find this game fun and was not motivated to play it any longer. It doesn't feel like a puzzle, it's more of pick a path until you reach the end then hit ESC, repeat until you reach the end. It has unique visuals, which seems to be the only thing going for it, though it lacks of any sort of display settings beyond resolution.

Being compared to portal in some of the top steam reviews is what drove me to purchase the game and I was really let down.

A good ARPG that is most enjoyable in multiplayer.

A really great game if you're a queer.

This is a fun game to play as long as you stick with the story missions. The free roam portion feels empty and I don't enjoy running around the map picking up the collectibles. The controls felt awkward at times, turning (A/D) and mouse movement are the most noticeable.

The audio was the biggest downside for me, mainly sound clips played during certain missions or events such as the boxing ring (Move like a bee, sting like a bee). The sound clips usually repeated themself throughout the entire mission in almost every mission.

Overall good game but I doubt I will play through it again.

Not sure how other people are putting in 20+ hours in this game. The campaign is only around 3 hours long. After that you can just fight in the arena however long you want, but it gets repetitive fast. Overall it's a fun game if you can get past the bad controls.

Get the camera fix and don't mind the few bugs you come across.
