I have followed this game for years, and only recently purchased it.

In my first game I chose Tyrone. I was killed immediately.

In my second game, I again chose Tyrone, this time annexing my neighbors, then getting annexed.

In my third game, I chose France to learn how to play the game properly, as I watched Tyrone conquer the entirety of Ireland.

If that isn't my luck, I don't know what is.
