What if they are using a direct energy weapon that they think cant be traced back to them because there is no projectile and no sound but will make you look crazy out of shape and give up . Say you are military and you want to be a seal they can MAKE you give up and make it look like its your fault. What if you were on a obstacle 50 feet in the air and they hit you and you feel like you getting elexecuted or cant control your body and they just say oh you nervous when it is effecting your nervous system. And thats why you lost your career
