Grim Fandango is a story about Manny" Calavera is a travel agent at the Department of Death in the city of El Marrow, forced into his job to work off a debt "to the powers that be.Manny gets fustrated that his clients get the four year journey package and even gets threatend by this boss to get fired.However his rival always get the premium clients fustrated he hi jacks his rivals sending tube and sets out meet a new client with his driver Glottis whom is a speed demon that modify anthing and turn it into a hotrod the two speed off to find the new client upon arriving back manny tries to find her account when he cant he stepps out of his office and she disapears and Manny is locked in a garage by his boss and a sinister figure known as Don.Manny is freed by a resssitance group which goal is to discover the turth about why so many are denided their passage to next world.

Gamplay.Is a typical point and click adventure set in four chapters which are called years each years puzzles ramp up in difficulty an example is when Manny must use a servered arm and meat grinder to make a path through the sewers and many others which can get alittle annoying which requires alot trial and error.

Graphics.The game was first released in 1998 and with the updated grphics in the=is new remasterd verion it looks great and still has the charm the original.

Voice acting.The voice acting in this game is top notch as was all of the old lucus arts point and click games of the past.

Conclusion.This game is a great game and i highly recomend it if you're a fan of point and click games with challenging puzzles great story telling and amaziing cast of charecters.

Avgn is a side scrolling platformer based on the popular web series the Angry Video Game Nerd staring James Rolfe.The game is a parody of the crappy nes games he has reviewed.

Story.The game starts as The nerd is play some crappy game as always and suddenly pulled into the tv Cheetah man style and finds himself in a game world which starts off with Nagi the firefly that annoys the nerd with simple gameplay tips once the tutorial level ends you can choose up to 8 diffrent world to play all loosely based on previous nes games he reviewed thelevels range from a chrismas themed level to a hell level even a fantasy level all annoying and somtimes unfair platforming sections well its made to be difficult and fustrating since these levels are insprided by the annoys gameplay features in the games the nerd torn apart in his reviews.


Gameplay. Its a side scrolling platform game in the same vain as castlevania,megaman and other nes classics.
There are up to four hidden charecters in the game worlds Ranging from Kyle the dead guitar player,Mr bs and
Mike all with their own secial abilitties to make you're journey easier.The most annoying part of the game is
the death blocks that appear in many level and mostly in ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and the last level called LJN or
LaughingJokingNumnuts which is a nightmare level it sucks.

Graphics and sound.The graphics are classic 8bit goodness and the sound and music in this game are amazing

Day of the Tentacle is a point and click adventure game that is just amazing.

Storyline.Our story begins as 2 tentacles Green and Purple both are free from Dr Fred Edison and now planning a new life for eachother however when purple tentacle jumps into comtaminated water he mutats and begins his plan to conquer the world its at this point Dr fred recaptures them and ties them up in his lab but Green sends a letter to Bernard for help Bernard with the help of his friends Leverne and Hoagie race towards the edison mansion once there they split up and Bernard releases both tentacles but Purple escapes. Dr Fred uses his Chron-o-John to teleport Bernard and his friends to the day before to turn off his sludge O matic machine which was responcable for purple's transformation however Dr freds fake diamond breaks trapping Leverne 200 years in the future and Hoagie 200 years in the past now its up to a unlikely truce between Dr fred and Bernard to get his friends back and stopping Purple tentacle from enslaveing the human race and conquering the world.

Gameplay.Its a classic point and click adventure where Bernard must collect items and share items with Hoagie and Leverne in order to progress combinding items and solving dialogue and phisical puzzles.

Graphics.The graphics in the game are great this remasterd version of a early ninties game is amazing it really feels like you're playing a saturday cartoon.

Sound and voice acting.Top class the sounds and the dialogue between the various charecters will leave you laughing theres is so many funny moments to mention truely a masterpiece.

You're charecter name is Lo Wang a bodyguard for Zilla Enterprises, which has control over every major industry in Japan.But soon Master Zilla, the president of the Zilla Enterprise, is planning to conquer Japan using creatures from the darkside. When he discovers this, Lo Wang quit his job as a bodyguard. Master Zilla realizes the threat that Lo Wang poses and sends his creatures to battle him.Darkside creatures kill his mentor Master Leep Lo Wang then swears to avenge his death.After many battles in asortment of area's with boss battles including a giant snake creature and Sumo wreasler battle which conclueds with a battle with master Zilla in a samurai-like war-mech.

Gameplay is from the first person perspective with lots of items to interact with and hidden places to look out for which may provides ammo health or fortune cookies.You will also find many weapons from shotguns,rocket launchers,granade launchers,spike bombs,and even a Nuke launcher.Also look out for many hidden easter eggs throught the game.

Graphics.The game is using the build engine the same as in duke 3d so the graphics are good but some ealier levels in caves the textures look alittle muddy but over all the game looks good.

Sound and voice acting the quatoes and on liners from Lo Wang is hilarious just listening to him will made you laugh ofen and smile you just cant help it.

Hitman Absolution is a great 3rd person stealth game with some nice features such as you're instinct meter which fills as you excicute enimies and dispose of their bodies this game rewards you by not just killing enimies but by carefully planing out you're misson and not going all John Rambo cause is a sure way to get into a early grave.

Our story begins with legendary assassin Agent 47 sent to kill Diana a former handler of anget 47 but has since gone rouge you in enter her estate and find and wound but sshe dies in you're arms but her dying wish is for you to protect a young girl named Victoria.You flee with Victoria and hide are at a church you then find a infomet named bird that tells you of a crime lord known as the king of china you assassinate him and afterwards you meet up with Birdie he give you infomation about Dexter the CEO of Dexter industries as payment you give birdie you're Silverballers pistols.You then will encounter Dexter and his army of lackeys in many many challenging missons from killling his personal giant body gaurd to infilltrating Dexter industries to reuniting with a now kiddnapped Victoria all while dealing with thugs the agency and more its seems everyone want you dead well as they say revenge is a meal best served cold.



Gameplay is from a 3rd person persective you can use many items throughout the game world as weapons from knifes bricks of course a assortment of guns to deal with enimies.You can also disguise as victims but dont do anything out of the ordinary or you're disguise is blown so becareful when infilltrating enimies area's and dont to close to enimies solider's otherwise they will see through you're disguise.

Graphics ingame is great and set the tone nicely the area's are well details everything from the urban area's,Roof tops,Underground labs and more.The charecter are also well detailed.

Sound and voice acting are all welldone the soundtrack gets more intense as you are exsposed and settles down well everthing cools down the weapons all sound solid and the soundtracks all suite the various are's you will explore.

Why buy well you in for a treat its a great game with very challenging gameplay in the higher diffculties the easier difficult is great way to get used the core mechnics aonce you mastered killing enimies steathy it gives the player more reason for any replay value as for vetren players its got a great story you also can try and better you're steam friends scores for certain levels.
To conclued i would highly recomend this game to fans of steath based games and fans the series as a whole.

The Megaman legacy collection is a amazing it hard to belive that this iconic series started in 1987.The first game was still by far the hardest firstly cause you have no E tanks to refill health like in the future games in the series the first game also has other diffrences such as diffrent looking health pills and weapon pills and there are only 6 robot masters not the more traditional 8 also its the only game to have points.Megaman was a major hit on the nes and soon we got a follow up game Mega man 2 which is a perfect example of how a sequel should be it did everything that the first game did and more such as adding E tanks the password system to continue you're progress and getting handy items to climb up walls a rocket to get to hard to reach places and a gyro pads to reach areas to. plus the new 8 robot master formuler so once you done deafeting the robot masters in any order you wish you have to fight Dr wily at his castle which also the first time we got to see his castle as the first game just starts you off in a level but from mega man 2 onwards you see his castle and the routes you need to take to complete and have you're show down with Wily.Megaman 3 was much like megaman 2 but a new slide was introduced plus you're new robo dog rush that could help you out by transforming into a jet submarine or a jump spring.Megaman 3 also had 8 robot masters to battle then you had to refight the same 8 robotmasters from megaman 2 before fighting wily.Megaman 4 introduced the powerfull megabuster which you could charge up and release a powerful bolt of energy.The same formula of 8 robotmasters to defeat then off the fight dr wily nope this time you had to fight a new Dr called Dr Cussack once defeat then only you get to fight Dr wily.Megaman 5 and 6 they stuck to this setup from mega man 4 fight the 8 robot masters and go through two castles to complete each game.



Gameplay.The gameplay for megaman is simple side scrolling action platforming shooter. Fight 8 robot masters in any order you wish after each battle you get the robotmasters weapon which can range from fire,ice,metal blades,megnets,drills, acid rain to name a few.In megaman 5 in you collect the letters that spell megaman5 you get a new ally to help you the same in six but by defeating the robotmasters in a certain route taken to reach them 6 is the only game that had diffrent routes to reach the robotmaster.


Graphics.The graphics for the game is identical to the old nes games but has some slow down in places i found a few cases mainly in ice man's stage and in hard man's stage in megaman 3.

Sound and music.The music in this games are amazing i love the intro tracks of megaman 2,3,5.
The stage select theme in megaman 3 is epic and my personal favorite is Topman man's theme omg its great.

The game does have some annoying slow down in certain levels.
Some bosses the Yellow devil monster in megaman 1 and 3 is annoying as hell.

Shantae and the pirates curse continues from the events of risky's revenge.Shantae now no longer a half genie has strange dreams about a grave of a terrible evil but is soon woken by explosions as Scuttle town is under attack she meets up with Sky and Bolo and begins to defend the town from the Ammo Baron forces a brief exchange of words between them she battles him and destorys his tank.The palace gaurds arrive and give Shantae a summons to the palace.She returns home and is confronted by her nemisis Risky boots blames her for her missing weapons and tinkerbats Shantae shocked by this is sent her her uncle lab to find a tinkerbat in a glass case moments later a strange purple mist apears and transforms the tinkerbat into a crackle bat which need to be defeated and the dark magic absorbed this is a important feature as it will impact the ending of the game as all 20 dark magic crackle bats need to be defeated to get the true ending to the game.Heartsquids can also be collect these can be taken to a blacksmith and forged 4 squids into a extra health bar.Since she lost her magic shantae needs important items to destory blocks,jump higher,glide and to operate switches.All these items are risky's for exampleRisky;s,pistol,cannon,hat,sword.You will travel with risky to various islands from a dessert island a hell island,ice island to clear dens of evil which the Pirate master gains his power from. Each den is gaurded by a end level boss ranging from a giant plant,spider,dragon,Squid baron makes a return once done you will have you're final showdown with the Pirate master which you will fight in 3 stages but getting to him is tough as the last level is insane.

Gameplay is a typical side scrolling 2d platformer with beautiful backrounds.

Soundtracks.The ingame music is amazing every level has great music from scuttle town and the surrounding island its a treat for gamers.

Oh my god this game is so much fun another great game using the build engine the same engine that gave us gems like Duke nukem,Shadow warrior, and redneck rampage.

The story of this game is you play as Caleb a gunsling madman that once was a follower of the Cabale cult but was betreyed and killed along with all you're friends.Years pass and you come back from the dead seeking revenge armed with a fork to defend yourself from zombie with axes soon after that you find a flare gun which sets enemies on fire and there are many other great weapons such as a Shotgun,Tommy gun,Tnt bundles,Napalm launcher,Tezla rifle,Voodo doll and a skull staff that shoots fire at enemies.Speaking of enemies you get many enemies to kill but be warned these guys are tough and have pin point accurate and will kill you even at full health.Enemies range from zombies,cultists,gargoyles,hell hounds to name a few.The are four chapters to the game but can be played in any order similier to Duke with different difficulties which just added to the amount enemies and the hitpoints they have.

Gameplay is a old school shooter so there are health pick ups no regenirating bar and other helpfull items to collect and there are secret places similier to Duke and Shadow warrior.The reason for this is cause 3D realms origanally made this game but sold it to Monolith before it was finshed monolith finished it.You need to collect keys through out the levels to progress.

Graphics and level designs are great there are many refrences to many horror movies such as a cabin similier to Friday the thirteen a maze and mansion like Steven kings the shining there are also refrences to jaws,frankenstein and evil dead the whole game is a parady to famous horror movies and litriture.

Sound.Sound in this game is great Caleb throws great one liners such as the son a @@%$ must pay and fresh victims for the ever growing army of the undead and that just in the first two levels.

Gameplay is from a first person perspective and it has the anoying regenirating health game mechinic well it is afterall a console shooter that was ported to the pc so no health packs.Weapon come in many forms from shotguns, to sniper rifles,pistols,rocket and granade launchers to finally a crossbow.You can pilot many vehicles such as motorcycles, cars,gunboats and a H I N D attack helicopter to name a few.Gunplay you will be aiming down the sight like most console shooters cause the crossair is rubbish really rubbish most notably when using the duel pistols.

Sound and Cinematics.The sound quality is good and music can range from Creedance clearwater revival in one level to the rolling stones in the gunboat misson the sound of the weapons are top notch voice acting is good and faciual movements are well done.Cinematics are amazing to breath taking if you played Modern warefare 1 or 2 you know what i mean.Scripted events are well scripted but doesnt make the game feel lame.

Sadly her mentor and the remaining survivors are captured and rayne fails to save them from a giant spider like creature which is the boss you will fight in the game.You then journey to Argentina to investigate a nazi compound run by the G.G.G she will eliminate various officers in search for a artifact called the skull of Beliar.Lastly you will go to Germany to castle Gaustadt to eliminate the remaining G.G.G officers and finally Jurgen Wulf in a final showdown.

Gameplay.Is in a 3rd person perspective and is a hack and slash game.You have many weapons and abities to help you such as slowing down time and blood rage which fills as you kill enemies plus a number of guns,bombs you're trusty wraist blades to rip nazi scum to pieces you can also feed on enemies to regain health and using you're harpoon to grab enemies and pull them towards you to feed.

Graphics and sound are good from a game released in 2003 and was also released onto the xbox,gamecube and ps2 it still looks good for a game of this era.

To anyone interested in the game you need to follow a few step by guides avalibe to get the game to work on windows 7 or 8 by changing the compatibilty to either windows 98 or xp service pack i got it to work with win 98 and following some steps in the guide.
