erm,,,, what the freak?

It's been 1 hour in the queue seeking premium gaming.

Right, straight of, i am 62 yrs old and not as sharp as i used to be. But in general, why start voting to kick so soon when someone is performing a little less. We have all been noobs, and we can all have a bad day. When someone has a ridiculous high score and is a possible cheater you rarely see him getting kicked. So what are good reasons? When someone is afk for a while, sure KICK. When someone obviously hacks REPORT AND KICK. But when someone is letting the team down for a bit having a lousy day - i see no reason why such a person should get kicked immediately. It's a team effort and even a lousy player can save the day. Or, just have fun when someone is noobing around. But please, don't start kicking right of for no good reason. Give a brother a fair chance. You would like one too........
