Really has something for everyone. Except those looking for the run and gun of COD etc. Teamwork your thing? tactical planning? failing multiple times? this is the game for you.

Even if you don't like shooters / being the soldier. the map editor offers hours and hours and hours of game time. Be it planning a solo mission for yourself, or a campaign to share. Or a MP mission. The map editor etc is awesome. learning to script and editing things in this game is easy and there is a great community for it.

This game is not for the faint hearted. this isn't COD. this isn't CS. this isn't even Tarkov. This is muhfuh Arma 3. And if you want a realistic total, and I mean the entirety of war, simulator. this is the game for you.

P.S. Lots of W holding involved. But so worth the 1.5 hours it takes for you to be blown up by a tank surrounded by your brothers.
