"Spectate detection" is what some modern cheats do, they turn off aimbot while user is spectated (by dead teammate) making him harder to spot. Make sure to compare suspect's performance while spectated and not spectated, and/or watch him without directly spectating (can be difficult vs subtle aimbot and if other teammates also spec him). And obviously if the guy asks to not spectate him...

Ah OK. I have spectated "cheaters" but couldn't confirm nor deny them using cheats (they might have used spec detection). My best guess is that "nate socks" thought me in same league w cheaters. Still, please next time don't support kicks without actual opinion of your own.
