Seriously charming fun. Feels like a good entry-level Metroidvania and Roguelite for those curious about the genre. It's also super funny - what other game has an angler fish with chronic stomach issues and loves naps? Never has there been a more relatable character in a video game, in my opinion. I love you Jennifer. The felt-style artwork is an absolute delight and is sure to win anyone over. Even grinding for coins and Utsu-cans is super fun. A must play for anyone who loves retro gaming.

My only issue is that one achievement takes more effort than necessary to unlock, but outside of that I have no faults with this game!

A beautiful game with an incredible world and story. Despite the age the game may appear to have, the story and dialogue still resonates today. This is a long journey, but every step is worth it.
