Feels like the genre of "Good Game" is starting to mean a lot of different things. Like "No game design in AAA-like" and "70 bucks for beta test few years-like". I wonder if we could normalize "PoE-like" approach as standart for this industry...

This game is high budget cinema on the same level as Dreamworks, Pixar and any other studios who made groundbreaking animation in the last six years. This game has the craziest art, music, scenario, game design choices for the entire genre of platformer games. This game has a unique perspective on mental health issues with recognizable humor from Double Fine studio (thank you, Tim Schaefer).

Absolute love and respect for devs, original backers of crowdfunding campaign and also publishers (Starbreeze Studios and Microsoft) who (all of them) helped deliver this project as a finished title!

Played it a lot in closed alpha.

I think this game is flawlessly good because it's MOBA and Battle Royale at the same time with good gameplay mechanics of Call of Duty Warzone / Apex Legends. Online matches are pretty fast (15-20 minutes), in-match progression is balanced and it’s all about pure gameplay.

Wishing devs all the best! This project have potential to be a banger!

UPD#1 Refund after 4 hours of gameplay. I don't wanna beta test it on a high-end machine. Poor technical state. I will be back after a long road of patches.

Original games were never played by me because my pc wasn't good enough to launch it at release date windows in 2007-2009. It just crashed after launching the exe file.

So yeah! Waiting for the second game is finally over! Glad to play it on my PC, the first game of this franchise!

Campaign is full of surprises (like it has never been a LINEAR shooter in a MILITARY setting before) and worth playing one hundred percent (I skipped Modern Warfare 2023 and never bought it fyi)! When they add Nine Inch Nails music you know they are cooking. Every further detail will be huge spoilers.

Mouse and keyboard finally feels like good input, because Aim-Assist on controllers is nerfed in close range - under 5 meters and your gamepad is DONE! Also the new movement system is designed to be played on mouse and keyboard and feels a bit clunky on console inputs.

I'm playing ninety percent of time in Hardcore mode and I feel like I never enjoyed multiplayer so much since I was a kid when Black Ops 1 was released.

Highly recommended if you want a good FPS blockbuster with polished gameplay mechanics and brilliant technical state (i remember the disaster launch of Modern Warfare 2022) with much content support in the future.

Ultra Hard difficulty (which is the hardest available) was a big mistake to choose in the first (and last) playthrough, because HP scaling and no HP ui for enemies is designed very stupid. "Burning Shores" expansion increased the level of stupidity, but the final encounter was worth playing it one hundred percent. Also this finisher animations like in Dark Souls series make this difficulty completely insane, cause you don't have any "immortality window" - you can die here easily. Fights with more than one enemy is a total save load fest. Movement and control of character are sometimes clunky too and I wish it was smooth like Assassin's Creed games last gen. Music in this game is a big weakness: it's boring, stupid and sometimes very annoying. Storytelling and characters are mediocre - a bit better than any Assassin's Creed games. Also Mass Effect 2 reference was a big joke, don’t believe anyone!

Anyway I'm glad to beat this challenge because the game looks phenomenal (one of the best graphically open world games) and the bow gameplay (main point to play) is ultra satisfying. I don't know about playing the 3rd main title game when it will be released but will see.

For 1.5 years since release there's no real challenge except of Hardcore mode which is totally beatable by spending time and playing. There's no need in the new 300 paragon levels grind cause you become overpower one-shot glass canon by 20-30 hours of playing with 100 level paragon far or less just facerolling your keyboard at maximum Torment IV difficulty.

And a bit of a depressing part is that dev teams can't deliver any repeatable content without help from the community such as PTR testing client or preview version of Vessel of Hatred. Don't get me wrong - it's good that devs are fixing game by listening to feedback from players. It's kinda bad that they never delivered perfect, smart, balanced mechanics/activities from scratch. After 1000 hours in Battle net and Steam It feels like devs hands tied in a small experimental room and they are scared to do anything hard challenging. And most importantly: it feels like they don't know what to do.

Wish this game had a hard and good difficulty design as Diablo 3 version 1.0 which was unbelievably scary at Hardcore mode. But here we are. Anyway it's an ok game. Far better technologically, build diversity, storytelling than Diablo 1/2/3.

In total frustration at how the campaign story ends. Feels like nothing happened tbh.
If you are an ultra-casual gamer playing for plot and blizzard cinematics - it's not recommended at all.

Everything rest as a new class, activities, and reworking of the game is between "mediocre" and "ok". This expansion is only for loyal members of the club. That's it!

This is tactical espionage action...
Combination of good narrative, strong gameplay mechanics and process of learning giving you the most immersive game of From Software studio. It's a linear anti-souls story one hundred percent with amazing sword combat you'll never seen before. It will be so satisfying for you when realization comes out. This game can be beaten without any guide because the world in this game is compact so it can be remembered for months when taking a break like i did myself. Simple and sharp. True masterpiece!

Few words about PC version:
- i'm not recommending any unnofficial easy mods because of respecting game designers
- highly recommending fps unlock mods (dll/background app) for this game because it's not breaking anything in game engine

Back in 2014 i've never finished tlou remastered on ps4. I stopped at the beginning of the winter segment.
Now it's done! Absolute cinema! Unique story with brilliant game design choices. It's on the list of my favorite games of all time!

Few sad details about PC version:
- Sony has few studios who make PC versions. This version was developed by Iron Galaxy (who did uncharted 4 port which technical state was not ok). So it's not perfect as it should be as console versions even after 1 year of patches.
- Starting from Pittsburgh chapters, the game has a ton of crashes (around 40-ish total) when you 1) trigger tripwire, 2) sometimes fast aim in/out, 3) trigger hints at the left bottom of screen. Glad that the game has a good save system, so it was not a big deal at the end of the day.
- System requirement is a kind of joke. It's so blurry with any upscalers in low resolution even in 2k. Best clear image is 4k DLAA but it needs high-end tier hardware.

If you have nvidia 40-xx series gpu you can use frame generation unofficial modification by PureDark. It's the only way to get the best not blurry image with high frame rate on big resolutions.
So think twice before buying it on PC!
