I guess I should have known, but this game basically turned out to be too buggy to run properly, and this after an unusually long and tedious intallation process. Can't recommend it.

This is a nice little top-down racer (although the camera angle can be adjusted, with several third person, eh, third-car views to choose from) with just enough variety and customisation to make it interesting, but not so much that the arcade feeling is lost.

There are plenty of different tracks and a career mode that lets you climb to the top from humble beginnings, while buying new cars for the money you earn. It's worth the effort, since the five different classes of increasingly faster cars really have different "feels" to them. There are also different driving conditions, such as snow and rain.

Although there are not hundreds of different options and types of cars, weather, etc, those that you find are never merely cosmetic. Well, except for the different paintjobs, of course!

The only negative thing I have to say about Little Racers STREET is that the sound effect that is played when you've finished a race is horribly out of tune with the background music. Please fix this, dear developers! :-)

I would go so far as to say that this game is a gem!

There are lots of dating simulators out there, but none of the (admittedly few) I've tried has drawn me in like Kitty Powers' Matchmaker. The gameplay is casual gaming at its best, with a bunch of minigames, some simple, others a bit more complicated but all of them fun (except for one, the pachinko game, which is basically a lottery). Playing a date or two is a good filler between longer games, but it's also fun to sink a whole evening into the virtual dating agency.

It's a very charming game, fronted by the lovely Kitty Powers herself and full of nice jokes that are so bad that they flip over and become good.

What I like the most, though, and what sets it apart from other dating sims I've played, is the way the developers seem to have thought about what dating is and what makes for a good relationship. The dates are all about paying attention to the prospective partner and trying to find common ground. Not only do you get points for pairing off your customers, but you will also get letters with updates on how the relationship worked out in the long run. This means that even though you can speed through a date, hide your weaknesses and pull a few "white lies", you will need to be honest and find really good matches to get those A+ results (necessary for getting the baby achievement).

All this adds up to a fun, charming and well-designed game which I recommend with all of my heart!

Well, it's a fast and short experience. I guess it works as a casual filler game, but had expected some small twist, something to make it just a bit more than it seems to be. There wasn't anything of the kind. :-)

It currently costs 0,99€ and that's the abolutely maximum amount I'd recommend paying for it.
