Since 00:00:00 on January 1, 2023, I have not indulged in so much as a single stroke of my penis. I have a zero tolerance policy towards edging of anykind.

However due to this I frequently suffer what I term Involuntary Emissions (IEs). These happen while both awake and asleep. I have had at least 54 IEs while awake and I have lost count of how many I have had while asleep.

I am curious if there are any methods of avoiding these. As while I consider them to break my Eternal Nofap streak, they do feel weakening all the same.
