The amount of detail put into the monuments, the Gettysburg station, and Lee's headquarters is beyond impressive. They even have accurate battlefield tour signs outside of the station. Highly recommend the companion Chessie System and Western Maryland retro packs, as they have much more interesting operations over the route, CSX operations are kind of bare.

I picked this up on a whim after seeing it was $10 on sale, and it changed my entire perspective on flight simulation. Primarily playing MSFS 2020, I thought I had it all figured out, but the jump in the physics quality between sims is immense. If you think MSFS physics are good, just wait until you attempt your first landing in X-Plane, it is leagues different - and in a good way. There is a lot of great community content too, the Zibo/LevelUp freeware 737s rival the PMDG 737s from MSFS, and tons of great free airport sceneries and tons of plugins to tweak core systems to make the game look and feel more realistic. Payware can be very expensive, but the price always reflects the quality of the product you're getting.

I bought this pack mainly because my daily driver is an '04 Wrangler TJ, and the Rubicon included in this DLC is absolutely dead spot on, down to the clock-radio and gauges. The sounds are pretty horrible, but that goes with most content in this game anyway, so nothing too upsetting there. For $6, its a great little scouting car, and absolutely a blast to do some offroading in - and I can do it from the comfort of my own PC without damaging my actual Jeep.

I absolutely LOVE this game. It is incredibly fun, and I absolutely love the style of a gameshow, it works so perfectly with the first person shooter genre and is an absolute blast fighting to get and control cashouts and vaults. But...

9 out of 10 launches of the game bluescreens my PC completely. I have never encountered a game that has bluescreened my PC so consistently, let alone a game that bluescreens my PC at all. I believe it is Easy Anti Cheat that causes the crashes, as the crash is related to a kernel security check, and usually occurs seconds after EAC fails to initialize. I haven't been able to find a solution, so until then, I have to suffer from a few bluescreens to get the game even running.

I really, really, really wish I could recommend this game, but I just can't recommend a game that bluescreens my PC when I try to play it.

You'll be lucky to last 15 seconds before being sniped halfway across the map from someone with a $5000 AWP skin. The skill level in this game has gotten so high that new players might as well just not play.

Does not work with Oculus Quest 2. The ground marshaling doesn't register the emergency wand motion because it has to go out of the headsets range of tracking the controllers, so you can never complete any tutorials.

If your looking to recreate an actual model railroad layout plan, don't even bother. The measurement units for track and distances are entirely fictional, so you can't actually make any real track plans in the game without 10x the effort. Not even worth making a model railroad sim if you can't even make an actual layout plan in it.

While DTG has done a really good job with this route (for once...), the MTA got their grubby hands in it this time and completely ruined it for everyone else.

Because of their new licensing conditions, the breaker panels, door panels, and brake charging button had to be completely plated over and removed. There is *no option* to turn off the safety systems, the door panels are entirely fictional, and the brake charging is automated now. Even though I have hundreds of thousands of hours in train simulators, ACSES and ATC still trip me up occasionally, let alone a new player entering TSW for the first time and expecting an experience that can get more challenigng as your skill gets better, so it's just not fair to have the safety systems forced on.

The features DTG have put into the game save this DLC a bit though, with simulated random faults like ACSES losing connection, or broken third rail shoes that effect accelerating and braking performance. An update to the LIRR was long overdue too, and the route had some life brought back into it.

While DTG gets a big thumbs up for their effort to save what the MTA forced onto them, the MTA gets an overwhelming thumbs down, and I just can't reccomend this route just because of what the MTA has done to it.
