I actually like this a lot, I don't know what kind of teammates these people in the reviews get, but I almost immediately find someone, get through the rough start then meet up with the rest, it very rarely happens that someone dies before meeting up with someone.

Overall it's a great experience, I actually got some of that classic horror game feeling that it's supposed to give in a few games, the feeling when you get seperated from your group, but since you have nothing you try to clear an outpost to fail miserably, and get away with barely any hp left, without ammo, searching for a group so they can patch you up is so immersive, it's been a while since a game made me feel that way.

I haven't played that much so far, only 5 or 6 matches, the first run was hilarious since no one knew what we were supposed to do, so we somehow waddled our way through the game but got massively overrun at the control room. But from the second run and onward, I got to say it is easy. Too easy, even nightmare mode feels nothing close to what NMRIH 1 could achieve in difficulty. So in my opinion they need to raise the difficulty by a lot.

For the bugs: I have not run into that many personally, Even though on my very first game the first guy I met was just a floating head. The only annoying thing that I ran into constantly was the zombies animation glitching, making it very difficult to hit headshots. Aside from that, and the bodyless headman it was quite a smooth experience, and I'm not making a big deal out of these issues because- well it's in early access.

It isn't NMRIH 1, and I'm kind of dissapointed in that they went in a complete different direction, but I still enjoy it, it's not as fast paced and chaotic as Back 4 Blood which some of the reviewers compare it to. It's got this slow- cinematic feeling to it, for now atleast, I'm sure that people not really knowing this game that much helps keep it slow, once they get "good" they'll speedrun this game too which will be annoying as hell (for me personally)

But yeah, great game, needs time to heal, needs changes, updates etc, which is obviously being worked on, so I'll just hope it won't fail.

Good game if you play with friends, otherwise i'd find it boring
