Para mí, que algo se convierta en una de mis obras favoritas no significa que no tenga errores ni que sea perfecta, sino que con todo y sus defectos resuene y se quede conmigo a su manera, y para mí personalmente Mouthwashing carga con tener tanto una historia como narrativa igual de interesante, tomando prestado los mejores conceptos de tramas como El Señor de las Moscas y Alien, entregando un juego de calidad y disfrutable de inicio a fin. El aspecto gráfico también es uno de los más fuertes ya que ese estilo artístico va de la mano con la parte narrativa del juego y creo que cada una necesita de la otra para sostenerse.
No creo que sea perfecto, siento que durar un poco más le hubiese ayudado a terminar de pulir muchas cosas, el personaje de Daisuke siento que se queda bastante corto en cuanto a desarrollo y parte de lo que pasa con Anya, a mi parecer, pudo haberse abarcado de mejor forma, eso no hace menos el hecho de que definitivamente esta se volvió en una de mis experiencias favoritas, por lo menos del año.

Psycholonials es el primer trabajo en años de Andrew Hussie en estar desconectado de lo que es su trabajo más popular, Homestuck (o al menos eso parece ser)
Para ser el primer capítulo siento que funciona bastante bien y noto bastante esencia de lo que hizo a Homestuck brillar en sus inicios, textos y descripciones largas que permiten saber rápidamente cómo es el personaje que está en pantalla, lo que hace más entretenido cuando salen los [S]-- ah cierto no se llaman así aquí, cuando salen las animaciones pues.
Siento más bien una historia personal de cómo la mayoría del rango de edad gen z nos sentimos durante el confinamiento, incluso llegué a recordar esta etapa con nostalgia y asco mientras leía; además de eso es también se siente como Hussie criticándose a sí mismo, a su trabajo e incluso a Homestuck, dudo que le tenga alguna especie de odio, pero tampoco descarto que simplemente se haya aburrido y haya querido hacer algo más aterrizado, Psycholonials parece ser para 2021 lo que Homestuck fue para 2009.

La historia está pobremente planteada, muy seguido tengo problemas para seguir el hilo de esta, me parece una idea interesante mal ejecutada; el gameplay tampoco es interesante, probablemente una vez iniciado puede ser interesante, pero conforme el tiempo pasa se vuelve repetitivo, y en su intento de darle dificultad solo se vuelve lento y aburrido. Creo que lo único bueno que le puedo sacar es el soundtrack y nada más, no es más que un chiste mal contado, 0.5/5
