Felt like an official Contra game. Nice pixel graphics/ controls/ weapons, and it's even harder than the original games it was inspired by. Sometimes it can be unfair (for example facing bosses the first time), but you don't have to worry about getting a game over and having to start it from the beginning. Playing it in co-op is usually an advantage. It's a really fun game, but it might be discouraging if you're new to the genre due to the difficulty.
