This is a fun game. As a choose-your-own-story game its pretty solid, though IMO there is one major plot hole that deflates the whole story for me. That said, its still enjoyable to play.
The game lacks the pure horror that Until Dawn had, and its more along the lines of a thriller/adventure than horror. I only jumped maybe once or twice.
Like Man of Medan, the cause of the situation is obvious pretty early on, making it a little less exciting. There isn't really any twist like Until Dawn had.

That said, I will say again that its a pretty fun game. Most of the characters are likable, and the dialog isn't awful. The butterfly effect is done well in this too, and in a pretty neat way.
And as a treat for those of us who played Until Dawn theres an amazing Easter Egg reference to it, if you choose the right path.

This is such a fun little cozy game. I played the demo outta curiosity and I got hooked! Its a cozy management game about managing and expanding your tavern and building it into everything it can be.

Very highly recommend this and I've enjoyed my time playing this

Got this on sale and have had a blast with it so far! Its a simple game that is very much a capture the flag sort of game, but coming from games like Evolve & Dead By Daylight, its awesome! As someone who adores middle ages time frames, this was amazing. The emphasis on actual stealth is wonderful, and not something usually put in during pvpve games, not with the same degree of importance.
Definitely recommend this game

I honestly don't understand all the negative reviews of this game. Its simple, yes, but how many games out there prove that a simple game can be best?
I got this largely to play with friends at some point, and in my currently 3 hours of play, I can see how it would be better with friends.

-Cons -
- Little bit jankey with the controls, can be a little hard to control, but no more than other games with i-frames
-might just be graphics settings for me, but has a bit of lag at times (again, prob just my graphics settings)

-Pros-
-Great team game to play with friends
-Simple, yet satisfying.
-Enjoyable combat
-Great dialog lines of the characters and npcs
Bonus: I started reading the Drizzt books this week and am only 2 books in at present, but I love the references to his story that I can pick up. Even without the knowledge of the books, you can pick up the simple story easily enough.

Overall, I don't think the game deserves its harsh rating. It reminds me of Left 4 Dead, D&D style xD Great time killer with friends, and plenty enjoyable if you ask me. I'm looking forward to leveling Drizzt up more, and eventually trying the others as well xD But first, I'mma try to get good at Drizzt :D

As someone who ADORED Evolve when it was still around (and was quite sad when it was closed down) and who also loves games like Left 4 Dead, Resident Evil: RESISTANCE, Dead by Daylight and so on, this game is right up my alley, and I would suggest it.

Originally, I picked this up on the ps4 as I thought my husband would enjoy the combat and the systems of it. Well, he barely was in the first area and I was begging him to play more. He didn't quite take to the game, and I was desperate for the story, so I picked it up myself. All of my 229 hours on pc are from a single playthough. Its an amazingly well written and dark world. I soaked up every inch of the world around me, enjoying the depth with witch it made me laugh and cry. First chance I got to buy it and add it to my Steam, I did. It took me a bit to play through it again, between a bunch of other games in my backlog, but I did, and I love it even more, and learn something new every time I play it.

I highly recommend this game. The storytelling is amazing, and the mechanics are fun. I'm awestruck every time I play it.

Coming from other games such as Dead By Daylight and Evolve, this game is a wonderful addition to those ranks. I've not had much playtime thus far, but thoughly enjoyed my time playing it :D
It follows similar formulas in its system from games like Paladins and Evolve. I've quite enjoyed the time I've put into this so far, and only wish that I had more time under my belt.
Its biggest drawback is that its still attached to RE3... please, CAPCOM, sell this as its own game! Its really great and I'd love more people to be able to play it!

Ok, honestly, I don't see what everyones problem is with having this at the start of the game. I can see the point at least with the shop, but otherwise, I don't see the problem. If you're worried about an OP rocket launcher at start, just don't take the rocket launcher out of your inventory. I admit that I bought this to go with my game while both were on sale ($24 for game and this) but I don't plan to use this until I've beaten the game as its meant to be.
Heck, I did the same thing when I played RE2R. I've even played the game again as it was meant to be so that I can show a friend.

Bottom line: I think this is worth the few bucks you spend on it. I wish I'd known about the in-game shop before I bought it so that I could have actually earned the shop stuff myself... but thats neither here nor there now. I haven't played the game yet, but as stated, I plan to play it the way it was meant to be before I use any of the weapons. I bought this so that I would have an easier time with later replays, since I have 2 kids and can't play this constantly -on top of two games with battle passes to work on.

Simply put, this game is amazing. I know the release didn't go as the fanbase hoped, but the game its self is nothing short of stunning. In my 41 hours of playtime, it has taken me through a small roller coaster of ups and downs, and I'm just barely past the main titles of the game! The story has now begun in earnest for me, and I'm loving it! I'd have more playtime if I didn't also have battle passes in other games to be working through.

There are minor bugs, but as the game has just released, give CDPR time to iron them out, and the game is amazing. The visuals are amazing -Note: I'm not playing on some top-of-the-line pc, my graphics card is only a 1050 on my laptop, and its still stunning-, the world blooms with life and the news of the world in every surface. The voice acting of both Male and Female V is phenomenal (A refreshing change from female Eivor in AC: Valhalla, who grates on me just listening to her... To me she sounds like the directors told her "Your vocal motivation is to be a girl trying to sound like a tough guy, like kids do on the playground")
In addition, the writing and script is stunning. I've laughed through sidequests, and likewise cried over things I knew were coming, the game just does that good hitting emotionally.

If you enjoyed the deep writing and world building of the Witcher 3, then you'll love this game. The same care to the world, characters, vocals, even misc people is taken into account. I highly recommend this game, and will continue to wait for CDPR to fix any bugs, just so I can see this game become the shining gem I can already see.

This game is a breathing work of Art. It took me a bit to get into the flow of the game, the plot taking a little while to fully sink its hooks in. By the End of Act 1, I was hooked. The story, the characters, its beautiful and deep, and moving. Each act got me more than the last, until the end, when just the sound of the music can move me to tears.

I recommend this to anyone looking for a great story. It'll grab you and pull you in before you even realize it, and you'll be left attached deeply to the characters.

This is a Breathtaking game. The story is driving, with characters who FEEL like real people, like kids just trying to survive. Each moment of this story is intense and filled with the moral dilemma of children facing the Black Death. The story build nicely, and led to a satisfying ending that left me feeling content at the game being over.
In terms of gameplay, the system is fairly simple, based largely on stealth with light combat. By the end you're a pretty deadly shot with a sling! It keeps with the idea of children defending themselves... its simple but good!

Over-all, I highly recommend this game! Its breathtaking and intense and well worth your money!
