Honestly, for a clicker game, I'd say there's enough content to make up the decently high price tag. Multiple tiers of ascension, getting through content, massive tech tree, etc. I'd say its worth a purchase.

The game is genuinely a very good game. very fun, very action packed, and really goofy and cheesy. the developers didn't account for the game being so popular as it is, and it's understandable. helldivers 1 peaked at 12k players, so 400k+ players is a little bit of an undertaking.

Oh my god.
Alright so, I am not one to be known for colony sims or management games. But this. This is different. It's stupid simple, but that's what makes it so fun. I bought it the moment it dropped, and I've already put in 4 hours. It's great. If you want a simple colony sim to pass the time and have some fun. This is the one.

So, I've played the game since 2017. It's a very good game, runs on anything, and is pretty entertaining. It does get a little bit repetitive, and there isn't much story, if any. But the gameplay loop itself is still very good.

If you have the spare money, find it on sale, or get it for free from someone, give it a shot and it's a decent time killer and can get pretty fun.

So, this is coming from a guy who hasnt played the DLC at all.
The reasons why i do enjoy this game is because of the fact that it's both calming yet stressing at the same time. You could be chilling and vibing to music one second, then get jump scared by a neutron star or a random pirate attempt.
10/10 would play again
