This game had a rocky start with performance issues and bad press, and it still shows scars of where it might have been rushed, insofar as it looks like there are lots of rooms and buildings that were meant to be explorable/be included in a quest that aren't - that said, for me on PC, the performance issues have long since been cleared up, the stories are really cool, the voice acting is incredible, and the gameplay itself is great.
