Insanely good game mechanics with A ♥♥♥♥ LOAD of content to chew through. The story and how they encourage you to keep going is well thought out. Characters are full of life and the voice acting is immaculate.

The variety of ways you can play the game is out of this world, so many unique weapons to choose from, so many insanely powerful boons to choose from makes you want to play the game more and more, and explore every possibilty it presents to you. Increasing the difficulty of the game to challenge yourself is smart, choosing your own punishment to increase heat (which also lets you upgrade your weapons even more.

The games visual artstyle is outstanding, everything looks beautiful and colorful.

Recommend the game to literally ANYONE, 10/10

Super fast-paced gameplay, a variety of characters to choose from and each one of them is unique in their own way and can be played differently. Bosses seem well thought out to have counterplay (screw the pirate ship nuke though).

Great rogue-like, a blast with friends, recommend it to fps or rogue-like enjoyers.

Got to be a cat, 10/10.

After completing the game with all of the 63 achievements, I can confidently say that this is the best game i have laid my hands on.

It has amazing visuals, outstanding bosses, every single one is different and memorable. The story is impeccable and mysterious. Pantheons proved to be the biggest challenge yet, but I wasnt the one to turn it down, took me countless hours practising, felt like i was bashing my head against a wall, but then it sort of clicked. This moment of understanding everything the boss does and being able to punish them is simply amazing.

I highly recommend you give this game a go, it is one of the best singleplayer experiences I've had
