Though still in early release, the game is fleshing out pretty well and so are the mod creators. The mod creators are the ones who make the Mount and Blade franchise as good as it is.

Had this dusty old game in my library for years. Interesting concept at first then forgot about it. Recently checked it out again and boy was I surprised. This game has gone from a pretty cool concept to a pretty cool and fleshed out game. Well done.

False advertisement, more than three kingdoms to play.

A great tool for an anthropological insight to various outlets. Why would humans eventually move on to complex tool use versus other humans staying with relatively simple ones? Or why do some wear hats made of fur and others human leather? All these questions can be answered with this great academic tool/resource.

UPDATE: It's years later and this game still does not let you down. Mod's certainly fill the gap when you want a change of flavor. Ya want Orcs? got it. Zombies? got it. Light Sabers? got it. The burning desire to build the stable family with loving parents and adorable children, that you'll never have? got it. Turn those children into blood thirsty cannibals or genetic abominations? got it.

UPDATE: Does this game and the modders know no end?

DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH

This game has potential but its difficult to want to play it after you have finished the chapters they've released so far.

It feels as if they thought of a lot of things, in regards to making this game good. Yet it feels as if they have a half finished placeholder in its spot.

It feels like you went to the grocery store and bought name brand, only to go home and find out you have expired store brand food to make dinner. Don't get me wrong, the family is eating whatever the hell 'Hamburger Helpful' is, but no one is sitting there and relishing in its delectable taste.

Pros:
-Decent storyline that will have you picking up the story driven missions in between randoms
-The mix of artwork and graphics created a very immersive feel versus weird CGI cutscenes that no one is interested in
-Music on point

Cons:
-Personal taste, but overall gameplay fosters a very player safe experience with very little in regards to consequences for mistakes made or failures. You'll get to a point where you'll have over 100 mechs stuffed in your space closet. FIX? ROGUETECH mod. My only beef gets fixed with this amazing conglomerate of mods.

Definitely worth 40 bucks.
10/10 - would watch Dekker die a thousand deaths all over again.

10/10 would rage quit/start again for just about every reason under the sun. Pretending to be a god is hard

I bought this game when it was in its early days and have checked in on it peroidically.
On its own, not bad, but mods is what makes this game shine.

-Best floating fetus simulator that is out on the market right now
10/10 would follow fetus to hell and back

This was one of the first point and click adventure games that I ever played (besides Indiana Jones and the fate of Atlantis).

Pros:
Seamlessly remastered
Easy controls
Great voice acting
Unique artwork
Nostalgia

Cons:
No auto saves (manual saves only)
Wishing you were dead

10/10 would play again to see someone get sprouted
