What a fantastic game with a badass female protagonist and a lot of Bioshock Infinite vibes. Is it scary? Hell yeah! but in a fun balanced way.

Half-Life: Alyx is the future of gaming. A title that has not only brought us a little closer to the tipping point of virtual reality going mainstream but also shows that this is the way pancake games are meant to be played.

From the visuals to the audio and the story to the gameplay everything comes together in this innovative title that uses VR to its full potential. It is a top notch adventure that’s jam-packed with many loving and cool moments that are a true throwback. Half-Life: Alyx is a must play for every VR enthusiast!

Xing the Land Beyond is a beautiful puzzle title that is being guided by the player itself. In the end it’s up to you if you want to relive the story of the forgotten. The game’s envoirements, creative puzzles and day and night cycle make it a very magical experience in VR. The developers made sure that all the challenges are close together so there is never really a moment of dullness.

You simply get rewarded in a satisfying way. Since there is no time clock ticking in the background it’s a relaxing journey that lets you appreciate VR even more. It also seems like they have nailed the locomotion especially the jumping works surprisingly well with Vive and Rift. Xing offers a lot of content. I can tell you that a decent amount of playtime in a VR game is rare nowadays but this puzzle game does not disappoint.

They came a long way. From a simple DK1 demo to a full game with amazing graphics, fresh gameplay and a story that keeps you playing.

Portal Stories: VR takes you on a short but awesome adventure through the labs of Aperture in Virtual Reality. It's a neat little mini story that takes around 25 minutes of your time. The game really focuses on users who are new to VR that's why you don't see any moving platforms, portal guns and traps. You move yourself through the game by teleporting. It would have been nice if walking had been a option as well. The game could have been more for VR veterans but offers a nice introduction for new gamers.

I played Back to Dinosaur Island Part 2 standing up and it was absolutely stunning. It's super immersive when you are climbing up and dinosaurs are diving down from your left and right. This is definitely a must try for every VR enthusiast. Here's my video review if you are interested. https://youtu.be/JykodKFLQYc
