A hilarious game that's clearly made with care. People looking for a tactical challenge and people just looking for the funny dialogue both can find that here.

This game is my moment of zen.

We can purge the xeno's foes with devs who listen to the community feedback, a true blessing from the emperor himself.

One of the best survival horror games you can play, the AI for the alien adapts to you which makes things difficult if you rely on your gadgets too much.

Spreading liberty and freedom has never been more badass. A bit of a grind to start upgrading stratagems and unlocking new weapons, but you forget about that when you're busy calling down your entire arsenal on a horde of bugs.

Best $13 spent.

Insane amounts of destructibility. Most of the negative reviews are either incorrect (they didn't change the movement, just default FOV) or just don't even make sense. Some are correct about the balancing issues, but I believe these are things that will be changed in time.

I think the gun play feels great, but some people seem to hate it. The game's free though, may as well give a try and see if you like it.

I got invited to an annual faction conference (the more faction interaction mod). So I bombed the location with artillery.

Great party game but false advertising on the offline play. They've now updated the Steam description to say real life and not offline. People don't want a constant connection to be able to play the game.

Insane monetization, some skins cost more than the game itself.

As for the oceanic servers, there at least seems to be something being done about that.


I'll update my review to positive once the devs address these issues.

The devs have made a statement about the false advertisement, being a case of miscommunication. I've changed my review as a result, but do keep in mind the game does not support offline play or P2P connections. So if the servers go down, you can't play the game anymore.
