I have packs 1 through 8 and I think if you are going to get only one, you should get this one. I would say most packs have 1 or 2 really solid games in them and then some mediocre games, but this pack is pretty much all solid games and with enough variety to appeal to many people.

Very versatile simlator, I've played board games and TTRPGs on here with friends. It's impressive how much it can be used to do. And the userbase has made some incredible and detailed creations for use with this as well.

Very addictive construction and management game. It has a lot of different difficulty settings that you can change to adapt to your playstyle or experience level.

Delightfully fun to play with friends. It's pretty high paced and relies heavily on coordinated gameplay. I mean you can still play without coordinating but you aren't going to do nearly as well.

I've played all the content and DLC so sadly I can no longer experience new stages, but it's still fun regardless.

I'm not normally into the rogue-ish categories of games, but this game had me hooked. It's an interesting blend of cute and occult and it works very well. Running the dungeons are generally the way of getting more resources for your followers so you can keep growing your base. Controls are pretty intuitive and there's not much of a learning curve, so you can jump right into it. Interesting characters, satisfying combat system. It's pretty well balanced and a lot of fun.

The only complaint I'd have is once your cult starts to get really big it can start to get a little buggy, but it might me my fault for making the cult bigger than the creators intended. Once I gained the ability to resurrect from the dead it started growing a lot faster.

A delightful and pretty cozy little survivalcraft game. It's bright and colorful and there is a good amount to explore and unlock. Threats are pretty minimal though it is possible to die if you aren't careful. You can die from falling, suffocation, or some of the hostile flora on the planets; they have bright red patterns to indicate that they are a threat, and can easily be dispatched of by sucking up the dirt at their base to uproot them. So in terms of danger the game is very mild, good for people who don't like a lot of danger or violence in their games.

If I'm honest I would probably wait for it to go on sale. $40 CAD is a little bit high in my opinion, but on sale it's a fair price.

There are essentially 5 planets and 2 moons with different kinds of resources available and at varying difficulties. You have to travel to other planets/moons to gather materials and eventually gases from other atmospheres in order to make various items. You also need to make sure you research samples from the various planets/moons in order to be able to unlock new technologies. The things you make can get pretty advanced late-game. I still haven't unlocked all the secrets yet but I'm looking forward to it.

I think the game is pretty balanced resource-wise. It can be a bit difficult to organize since everything on your base essentially needs to be connected by plugs, but it's manageable. Lots of freedom with how you travel, organize, and terraform the worlds.

A cozy delightful game that at a few points is also very touching. About an hour into the game I found myself genuinely smiling at just how pleasant and cute this game is. It's simple but satisfying.

It IS a bit short for the price, I more or less beat the game in about 4-5 hours so I would recommend getting it on sale.

I'm only 23 hours in but there keeps being more and more content added every couple game days. Even for the content I've unlocked so far alone this game would be well worth the price, and I still have a long way to go. Fun characters, fantastic cutscenes, lots of content and activities, well balanced for how much you can do in a day. It's chill enough to not be stressful, but challenging enough to be stimulating.

Looking forward to playing much more!

Pros:
-Easy
-Nice visuals
-Lovely music

Cons:
-Very repetitive
-There are probably only about 5 total actions you can take in the game, give or take
-No clear purpose, story, narrative, objective, or goal; very abstract (judging by other reviews, fans of this game consider this to be a pro, but I found it to be vague, aimless, and even confusing)

This game is pretty nice to look at, but that's about all it has going for it. The premise of the game is that you are making a journey across a post apocalyptic landscape, at points you are randomly partnered with another player who is also in the game. You can only communicate with this partner using short or long chirps. There are about 4 types of creatures in the game, one which is hostile, and which are re-occurring throughout most of the levels. As you journey towards your destination, you collect pieces of red fabric which lengthen your character's scarf and allow you to multi-jump or "fly." This in turn allows you to reach greater heights, but aside from the appeal of just jumping/flying higher, there is not much benefit of this from a gameplay perspective. It's just personally gratifying.

I've asked a couple people what they like about this game and the general consensus seems to be something to the effect of "exploring for exploring sake with a stranger." Some feel that being partnered with someone you can't talk to or know their name heightens the sense of camaraderie. I can get that, but I don't think it's enough to redeem the game's lack of content. A good friend of mine said "the story is up to you to create." I don't understand this because there are no elements of this game that I would consider to be sandbox-like. Maybe they just meant it's up for interpretation.

It's wholesome enough, but there's not much to it, and unless you are easily moved by pretty music and visuals, I don't understand how this is considered to be an emotional game. I found it to be a bit boring. It is a journey without purpose or explanation. And that's fine if that's what you're into, which obviously a lot of people are, but any of this sounds unappealing for you, I wouldn't bother with this game.

Beautiful seascapes and compelling game mechanics. Really pushes you to keep exploring deeper and darker and more dangerous areas in order to progress which is great! You can progress at your own speed which I really like. Tons of areas to explore, gorgeous scenery. There is a story which you can pay attention to or not, mostly in the form of recovered audio transcriptions (you can read them if you prefer) and databases.

It can be a little bit spooky. I think most people have a healthy fear of deep water but if you have a serious phobia of the ocean I would avoid this game. Sometimes it can be very dark and hard to see. Not a horror game by any means but certainly spooky where the water gets really deep.

Really looking forward to continuing to develop my base, my ship, and see everything there is to see on this ocean planet!
