It allows moving wallpapers and you can even get it to sync with the music that you're playing. It has a ton of cool features that you cant get from just downloading an image from google as a wallpaper. There's also quite a large community that make new wallpapers. Hope that answered your question :)

What's the point of Wallpaper Engine? I know it's used to find wallpapers, but you can just search for them on Google so I don't see a point.
