I've been part of the beta playtest and I must say it's so good to have a proper team based hero shooter like OW.
This game is a fresh air while still letting you apply all the theory you've learnt from past experiences.

This games deserve to boost this FPS genre, after what activision/blizzard did to the overwatch community !
I hope both game could live, and create some competition between each other which is very good for us players.

However major downside of this game so far :

• Netcode is not as polish as overwatch even if it's better than the beta (Battle(none)sense do an analysis video please !)
  
• Performance wise it's a very heavy game, it doesn't run at more than 150 on my 2080 SUPER i9 9900K at 1080p Low preset. In some areas/maps it just drops, and ofc the Doctor Stanger portal which just destroy any PC.
  
• Visual/Audio queues/feedbacks are not that great (maybe I need to get used to it after 8 years of OW GUI)

Overall it's still a massive W for :

• UX menu experience
  
• Profil with plenty of stats, replays, customization
  
• In game Heroes full in depth data (damage, abilities radius etc)
  
• Many maps modes, heroe diversity
  
• Comic Design style
  
• Lore seems to be respected
  
• Terrific pratice range
  
• Custom game out of the box to learn the game as fast as possible
  
• In game tournament feature

In fact they have everything overwatch had after many years of dev (expect role queue),.
They just need not to make players far away from you, move smoothly and not like they have a 3 frames per seconds animation.

This game comes from the heart of their creators. They're working so hard to make our FPS esport great again ! We don't have to forget that this is an early access game and the game can feel a little "unfinished", but I can tell you that if you're a true ex-cod player (cod2/cod4) who knew : clanbase, IRC scrims #cod4.wars or cybergamer, this game will be sure to fit you a 100%. It is a promising game, I'm looking forward to it !
If you're new to the genre (what I mean is "new to eSport cod or overwatch" for example), give it a try.
