re-edit in the same week: replayed the game and really absorbed it all, like a sponge. I reacted differently than the first time with a much more "realistic" view on things. this game is still great, it still made my heart race, and my heart flutter. it even forced tears from my eyes. both times.
they nailed this and even if the ending wasnt what i expected personally; i still love what happened in the end.
key note: you may need to replay one time to fully understand the story, especially if you rushed through segments. taking into account the time period, their age at the time of the chapter. and all of that, can help immerse your heart into the purple goop of this game.
