This is my favorite game from back in the day playing with friends after class. Luckily, 7 years later I still occassionally engage in some couch gaming and I have since gotten a proper 5.1 surround so I can take full advantage of this amazing remake!

Looking forward to clearing the whole game again on judgement difficulty! Hopefully my bullet dodging hasn't gone rusty after all those years.

The game is a quite short, on my second run I almost got to the end already. But the atmosphere is fantastic. Has a very magical feel.

Rogue-lite rpg. Missing a lot of features from the alpha, but I'm confident some of these can still be added back.

This game is absolutely frustratingly amazing. The perfect example of 'easy to learn, hard to master'. The game is not too long, I completed it in about 5 hours. There is some replay value in the form of daily challenges, but those are hardly a challenge if you completed all the story lines.

Secondly, the music. The music is brilliant. If you're down with house, techno or ambient, you will agree with me. The first game that I actually want to purchase the soundtrack from, but unfortunately it's not for sale

Quirky platformer with lovely narration. Gameplay is really nice and smooth. Unfortunately the game is quite short and not that hard, so I beat all levels in about 4 hours. There's also not much replay value.

Still worth it to spend time on for one entire evening and then move on to something else.

Best free valve game to date. As the title says: kill swarms of aliens in 4 player co-op. Unfortunately its almost impossible to get a 4-man team anymore. I had so much fun hunting for all the achievements when this game just came out. But with nobody to play with it's entirely different. The game becomes frustrating and kinda boring.

Awesome game to kill time. Tricky controls but sick gameplay. Almost hypnotizing.

Hands down best platformer ever made. This is the perfect example of an indie game that does everything right. Super snappy controls combined with diverse level design make this a very satisfying game to play. Some levels may take a dozens attempts, but never does it feel like the game is at fault when you die.

The gameplay is so good that if the graphics and story sucked it would still be a great game. Fortunately the graphics are neat, the cute arcade style really adds a finishing touch. The story is nothing to write home about but entertaining nonetheless.

The game has been in so many sales and giveaways, there's really no reason not to own it.
