In my opinion this is a good game, it isn't licensed but if it will be we will probably have new version every year what is not necessary. Good information is this, we can install a lot of mods which is replacing license. This game isn't specially hard to play so you can easily learn base of game. Only one thing which can affect to my rate can be price of game, its too big on steam in my opinion but you can catch it on lower price in other sites.
