Trackmania 2020 is a joy to play. Deserves a lot more attention and brings joy. Some things I want to highlight:

This game is FUN. It is deterministic, skill based and still brings joy to unexperienced players - perfect for competitve players - even in (free!) team matchmaking 3v3 currently.

The community is beyond fantastic. Almost *no* toxicity and everyone cheers new personal bests.

The "subscription-model" is NOT! mandatory to play online and it makes a lot of sense - if you shelf the game, you didn't lose 60€ as you would after playing AAA-titles for 20 hours maximum. And no, the model does not expand on its own.

The e-sports scene, called "Trackmania World Tour", is incredibly fun to watch. Highly recommend!

No other game has such a high density on prestigious world records, perfected to the pixel and still broken to this day.

It is free to play, there will not be restrictions, only additions. I highly recommend checking this game out!

The Portals add a phenomenal twist to the gameplay. Mindgames incoming!
