In Tic Tac Toe, both players playing perfectly results in a draw 100% of the time.

Think about CS. What would CS look like if it were a solved game? Players would instantly headshot each other through walls with auto snipers. The outcome of the round would be decided at the beginning, based on spawns and sides. For instance: on Dust 2, The CTs would win every time. Ts would deny CTs crossing mid doors, but CTs would just hold B doors from CT spawn and headshot the Ts through the doors as they tried to cross. With only A site available for terrorists, CTs would be able to stack and deny angles with autosnipers.

Not a very fun game, huh? Well, imagine this.
