After the patches, now is the first time that the game became better than on release

Vanilla experience is way better than CoH2. There are some rough edges, but at least the game runs well, there are almost no glitches (and if there are any, they are not impactful). Perhaps some poeple need to buy a new set of glasses - the game looks decent. Overall a solid baseline for the modding community.
